1. Service Agreement

By utilizing Gipafzi's auto repair and maintenance services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are provided at Reuchlinstraße 84, 70178 Stuttgart, Germany.

2. Service Scope

Gipafzi specializes in wheel and tire services, engine optimization, and motorcraft maintenance. Services are performed at quoted rates. Pricing excludes parts unless explicitly stated.

3. Payment & Liability

• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept cash and card payments
• Gipafzi is not liable for damages caused by customer neglect or delayed service
• All work is guaranteed for 30 days from completion date

4. Vehicle Responsibility

The customer assumes responsibility for their vehicle while on Gipafzi premises. We exercise reasonable care but are not liable for theft, loss, or damage not directly caused by our service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50 EUR cancellation fee.

6. Data Protection

We collect only necessary contact and vehicle information to provide services. Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gipafzi's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.

8. Modifications

These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued service use implies acceptance of revised terms.
